Great place to load the lady at the security office was very nice and the young man who loaded was a very polite and respectful young man . In and out in about a hour love coming here

Check In/Out Process: (Ensure Trailer is ‘Clean’.
Check In @ Security for door assignment
Proceed to gate (Prep for loading: doors/Tandems)
Back In door; disconnect trailer glad hand.
Walk to Shipping/ Receiving office & sign sheet displayed on outdoors billboard.
Return and wait in truck while loading/unloading
Upon completion, personnel will deliver/return BOL to truck.

Loading is fairly fast, unless they happen to develop an issue, as with any business. Smuckers Co. seem to hire decent personnel, as the quality of personnel appear friendly and enjoy their work.

Sunday appointment at 12. I got here at 9 am. Its 9.28 I am at B-12 and a really nice lady is already loading my trailer .. since the check in everything has been so fast. And it's so quiet and peaceful here. Good job JM Scmucker Memphis!! Thank you! I really appreciate it.
