Our tech, Jeff, is thorough and he always lets me know when he’s coming and touches base with me before he leaves letting me know if he found anything & what he did to address any issues. Terminex gives me peace of mind.

Preston showed up right on time came into the house and looked at my thermostat for the encapsulation. He asked me about the batteries. I told him I’ll put new batteries in the one up here about a week ago and he said well let me check the one in the encapsulation area. He needed some batteries. I had the batteries so he put the batteries in the encapsulated area. it lights up now and I’m so glad we’re getting older and I have to make sure that my wife and I both know to watch that encapsulation area. Been a customer for a few years. Terminix of Memphis has always provided great service and perform very thorough inspections every quarter. They have been worth a little higher price for good service and bug/varmits in check.
