Such a great establishment. My partner lost her keys and the next morning the guy came out in less than two hours and fixed it on the spot. She was told by other businesses that because her car was "high tech" it would take days for a key to be made but the young man Moe was very understanding and helped out. I will definitely be sending them Christmas cards

I now have their number saved in my phone!! I lost the only key I had to my 2016 Buick Encore while attending an event in downtown Memphis. Of course to get my car towed to a dealership it was almost $300 and to get a dealership to cut me another key they were talking almost $300 and I had to have my registration which was locked in my car!! I called a lot of locksmiths in the area and all of them were saying that due to my car being high tech that it would be a couple of days until I can get a key, especially since I didn’t have a second set. When I tell you they are the truth I MEAN JUST THAT. I needed a new key ASAP from getting off the plane.They pulled up at the airport and made me a key with no problem. I couldn’t do nothing but hug him because I was literally STUCK AT THE AIRPORT. They saved the day for my children & I.
