I was really skeptical about going to Target concerning my eyewear because I was so accustomed to going to a specialist location but was I surprised! The service was perfect, friendly, respectful and they had beautiful basic plus trending eyewear. I think I made a great decision to go Target.

The store already had my insurance prices ready prior to my visit. The employee thoroughly explained my options and went out of his way to answer my questions. Very good selection too!

A shout out to Frederick Douglas at target optical, Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN for his exceptional customer service! I did not intend to stop by the optical department at Target that day, but I had purchased glasses recently and they needed an adjustment. I asked Frederick if he would mind and he was very willing to help me out! We enjoyed having a nice conversation, and it was a good experience, so I really appreciate him, and his kindness. It's nice to bump into people like that in a customer service roll. Thank you Frederick!
