Thank you Taghavi for restoring my Oushak rug! They recommended a deep hand wash and conditioning over the “regular” wash most places provide. This service is not available at other rug companies in Memphis or Nashville. We recently relocated to Nashville, but I know I will take my rugs back to Memphis just for this! The color and softness of the rug are definitely noticeable!

They did a great job cleaning and repairing our rug after our puppy decided to eat some of the trim. The rug is now as red as it was when new and the repair is virtually invisible. ?
