Customer service is horrible, I called to asked if if my car was towed there so i wouldn’t have to drive 30 mins. They just hanged up and said “no” to all my questions and that I had to pay. PAY FOR WHAT!?
This place it's trash they go around in apartments looking for any reason to tow you're car away they towed my car away once without any Warning notice they need to get shut down or get sued they deserve no stars
Even though I was in the wrong for parking in handicap, I don’t appreciate the damages done on my car by not being towed properly. Please have some decency when towing people cars; imagine if the shoe was on the other side and your car was just towed any kind of way. I understand y’all need to make money but take care of our cars at least. Thank you!
