Woke up at 3 this morning and noticed my vehicle was not outside, there was no call, no knock, no kind of warning. The apartments didn’t answer any urgent calls, so we resorted to the police only to find out it was towed, how can a company ethically operate while they tow people’s cars for sport instead of reason. This is very distasteful and needs to be shut down.
It should be a zero star on here. This company should be shut down. Horrible Horrible. The lady at the front desk wouldnt tell me the guy name who pulled my car. He tore my gear shift up in it , to the point that we couldnt drive it off the lot. The gear shift panel was tore off and the car wouldnt go into no gear. Paid 255 and couldnt drive it off the lot. Then another guy had to pull the car off the lot and he placed it on the side of the road. I had to pay another tow company to pull my car home because the driver tore my gear shift up. Welp thought car was stolen guess what another scam by this company. Moved in the apartments. They said nothing about this during the move in special no neighbors said hey they tow cars if you don’t park on the street… NO signs in the actual area the car was taken…. I don’t know how people like this sleep at night. There’s a special place you know where for em
