Splendid Nails

Went today with my 6 year old we both got a pedicures. We had a guy and he was good. No he didn't talk much and I really didn't expect him. They spoke as soon as I walked in door. We didn't experience and rude service but we did only get a pedicure.

I would recommend this salon because the service was great, very clean, they are taking precautions and very fast. The wait maybe long but I guess it's expected when they have a great service.

The nail tech was so rude to me after I called to her attention that the drill ran over my cuticle then down my finger. Instead of simply saying "I'm sorry," she got angry & said she didn't cut me so no sorry is required. She loudly stated that I was not a baby and called me difficult. I guess gentle treatment is forbidden by this woman. Although l remained calm and never raised my voice, she saw fit to make a scene in front of the other customers. Not only was I hurt physically, I was hurt emotionally that she didn't think enough of me to simply say "I'm sorry."
