Unprofessional-No Customer service.I sent two different emails to this company because Air Compressor Direct could not get my compressor deliver in the 14 days as stated. So I reached out (well tried to) Puma and no response.HOW DO YOU DO BUSINESS, HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS?? Please everyone go somewhere else, don’t waste your time.I ordered my compressor on the 27th of March I had to cancel it on the 25th of April. Loosing money form my business.

Received in early November extremely well packaged (Kudos to PUMA!!). Compressor appearance is excellent. Easy set-up. Much quieter than previous compressor. I've only had one issue. After five days of use, the start capacitor on the motor went out. I contacted PUMA (Steve) and was told that they do not carry just the capacitor. So what did they do instead? They sent an entire replacement motor with really no questions asked other than where to send it!!!!! To say I was stunned is an understatement. I am very impressed thus far!!
