My order wasn’t delivered, the customer service representative was telling me that they have GPS and it was delivered, The order left the store 05:49 and I got the delivery confirmation that was delivered at 05:50. They were very unprofessional and rude to me, requested a florist rate link and they refused to give me any. I will never recommend them.

Wish that I would have read the reviews before using! I ordered flowers for my daughter in NC, I live in TX. I ordered a peach arrangement, spent extra for the biggest one. What she received doesn't look anything like what I ordered. I gave 2 stars because they are pretty, just not at all what I had sent.

More Sour than Sweet - Pretty Disappointed
The "Sweet & Pretty" bouquet was neither. Guess I'll have to find my blooms elsewhere. I'm not bitter... I just won't buy here ever!
