The facility is super clean (very important to me), the staff are extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating. Our new puppy (Neiko) was a little anxious when the doctor and tech came into the room but the tech (I believe his name was Michael, black guy with cute fro) did a phenomenal job. He was able to envelope our Neiko with a calming hug and help him (and me) get thorough his shots and exam. I look forward to going back and am thankful for such great people.
They treated my pet good and when we game he was happy. When he walked though them doors he knew where he was at. They was gentle with him and the doctor and staff was very friendly. And good at what they were doing. I will be bringing my dog back. ☺️
Although China was very nervous as usual (when visiting a veterinarian) the associates were very gentle and professional with her treatment. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
