Alex and Conner were exceptional in explaining every detail about the water damage to our wood floor and how it was going to be fixed. They came straight in and went straight to work tearing out the damaged boards and setting up the fans. They were very professional and extremely polite. I know they will do a great job when it is time to replace the new flooring. These two guys were wonderful.
