Great Customer Service! Dr. Smallwood was very accommodating, patient and informative. I like the way she took time to answer my questions in detail. Although I was a new patient , my wait time from checking in to seeing the doctor was surprisingly short. The person that assisted me in selecting my frame also displayed great customer service. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. This was true a great customer experience!

My eyewear consultant was excellent. Her name is Maddie. She invited me to come by, and I had an awesome experience with her. Likewise, Dr. Smallwood provided superb care and concern for me. Kudos to MyEye Dr.

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, and kind. I drive 45 mins to go to this location because of the young ladies that help you find your glasses (I don’t remember their names). They were so nice i literally was having a bad day and their kindness and helpfulness put me in a much better mood. I will continue bringing my family here. Plus they have a great selection of frames!
