My mom passed away a little over 3 years ago. I was contacted by Memorial Park Southwoods about buying a marker for her gravesite at Elwood Cemetery about a month after we buried her. Long story short after choosing and paying for her marker, it was never ordered until the beginning of this year (2025) and this was after multiple calls by me and in- person visits to see what was going on and finally getting someone to do what should have been done years prior by Ms. Sandra & Herb (smh) and being beyond frustrated of their lack of concern for a marker that I clearly paid full price for on 9.10.22 and nothing was done until I made an in-person visit and spoke to Anthony...read full review
