“Let me preface this by saying I have lived all over the US, and I have had many different doctors and nurse practitioners do my procedures. As such, I am very well informed and experienced. Today was my first visit, and Dr. Sneed was the provider that performed my procedure. I did research prior to making my appointment, and there were several factors that were of importance to me. 1. I only use Xeomin, and not many places offer it. 2. I am extremely particular, so rather than be disappointed or get on a doctor’s nerves, I rather go where there are plenty of reviews that reflect excellent experiences. 3. I want what I want. I do not want a provider that does what they think is best, rather, I want them to listen to my needs and wants.

Well, needless to say, Dr. Sneed met ALL of my needs and wants! The office is so beautiful, organized, and incredibly clean. Staff are kind and prompt. Dr. Sneed entered the room I was in and asked if I wanted a consult first or if I just wanted to tell her what I want. I advised her of my preferences, but I told her I was open to her suggestions (she is gorgeous, so I knew she was well informed regarding what looks good and what does not).

What struck me in the greatest way possible was while she was doing my procedure, she said, “Your satisfaction is my number one concern, so if you for some reason do not achieve the results you are looking for, please come back and allow me the opportunity to get it right, complimentary.” No doctor ever says that, even if they do provide complimentary corrections.

Today was the day of my procedure, so I obviously do not know what the final result will be, but I’m 100% convinced it will far exceed my expectations. I will provide an update in two weeks.“

“My husband and I had a couples massage for Valentine's Day. It was perfect! Both of our masseuses told us they each had over 30 years experience in massage. My masseuse used to travel with the Grizzlies as their official therapist and my husband's masseuse has worked extensively in touch therapy for children's hospital patients. Needless to say, we each got very different massages. I was a little worried that after massaging huge elite athletes, that it would be too much of a sports massage for me,but it was perfect. He found every little knot in my muscles and worked them out gently enough that I was never in any pain. I was totally relaxed afterwards. My husband had more of a light Swedish massage and enjoyed it completely. Highly recommend Harbor Town Day Spa! They are great folks with a lot of experience.“
