M'Lea is an attentive and professional artist, and she's been absolutely wonderful. She returned my call same day, with an appointment for the next day. M'Lea was very professional, confirming the appointment via text, with address, phone number, time and her accepted methods of payment (cash/check/Venmo). When I came into the salon, it was well decorated, comfortable and I was offered a drink when I came in. She took the time to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted done, and then explained her plan to treat my hair and why certain techniques would work better on my type of hair. She is clearly well educated and took the time to explain each step of the updo, so I knew what was happening just as well as she did. I'm sensitive to airborne product, and after just one long exhale, she opened a window and made sure I was comfortable, minimizing the use of spray while also making sure that my hair got the necessary product in it. My super flat, super straight hair now has tons of volume and lift for my brother's wedding, without feeling crunchy or overdone! Thank you so much M'Lea! Update: I asked her to make sure it would hold all evening, IT HELD FOR 4 DAYS Y'ALL! Still looked great, still not crunchy, still smelled good.

If you have ever moved to a new location and had to start the hunt for all things new! Like NEW Doc, new vet, grocery, church, by far the hardest is Hair Stylist! Thank goodness I found M'Lea quickly. She is so professional, knowledgeable and would never let me do something to my hair no matter how bad I want to if it's not right! Now that's not only a great stylist but an awesome friend.
