Le Bonheur Urgent Care - Memphis

I’ve brought my kid here a few times only because his primary doctors office was closed. The service is very quick but one of the providers has a very nice-nasty attitude. I saw the same doctor both times coming here. The last time I came in she asked “what do you want me to do about it”. I hate brining my child here but sometimes there is no other option.

At least for this visit, the experience is exceptional! Beyond our expectations. I would say the opposite to the "zero" star, I would give a six star if possible. The receptionist guy is extremely welcome and helpful and friendly and explains everything. The doctor is also very professional and quick, he also knows our primary care doctor, and makes all the conversations friendly and explains every detail with my baby. This is a place where you can count on when regular clinics are closed. Very, very good!!

The receptionist is a nice man. He was very patient with me after loosing my insurance card and asked for my sons ID number from the insurance and I was covered. The nurses and doctors are super nice! My son usually cries when he goes to a clinic but he loved the staff here. The doctor took time to answer all of my questions. There is a wait but it's because the doctor doesn't rush the patients out and helps all of the patients well.
