One of the best people I've ever had the opportunity to work with, for both computer and non computer stuff! I'm glad to find some folks who are knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend!!
We are so honored to have Kc Computer at Beyond Con 2024! They had an awesome booth and our guests this year really engaged with them! We at the Batcave highly recommend them! We are so excited that they did well and we look forward to having them back next year at Beyond Con 2025
Beware!!! Worst mistake I've made! Zero stars is more appropriate.Took my son's gaming PC here to get it diagnosed. Came back the next day, I was told for it to be fixed it would cost $250 parts and labor. Paid the scammer. He calls me 2 days later says it fixed. I take it home, it won't turn on. I come back he gives me a cord to try. It comes on for about 5 minutes and goes black again. Take it back to him, he keeps 2 days tells me I need another part from best buy, I pay $200 for this part that wasn't diagnosed initially ( I wouldn't have spent 450 to get it fixed would have spent the additional $300 and gotten a new if this was disclosed initially) non the less I'm in 250 so I buy the part.. After not hearing from him for 4 days. I drive back to the place. He immediately says who's worked on it since I fixed it. I tell him no one, the truth. He thin calls me a liar. And told me to find someone else to fix it. I ask about the money I already spent with him and he hands me the PC in pieces and tells me to get out. Of course at this point im pissed and we have a screaming match. Now at I'm out of the $900 I spent on the PC and the $450 I spent on "repairs"... Please don't waste your money as I have done. This guy has ruined my son's computer.
