The importance of a reputable, experienced real estate agent was evident in our recent experience selling our home, having Josh on our side! The seller agent was definitely INexperienced, and was really in the way of the sale! Josh coached everyone thru the situation, finally getting the contract closed. He was professional and educating, especially when we were frustrated with the process. We trust him, and will use Josh for all of our future real estate needs.
