I can't say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service we received. I brought in a small Turkish prayer rug from my late mother, who had bought it during her travels. The rug had become extremely dirty and damaged after being used as an outdoor mat, and its fringes were coming apart. I really wanted to keep it as a special memory. Kaden took the time to explain the history of the rug and walked me through the whole cleaning and restoration process. He clearly described what steps he would take to bring the rug back to life. I couldn't be there this time when the carpet cleaning was done, so I asked my father to be at my home in Memphis while the service was completed. My dad usually takes care of carpet cleaning himself and is pretty particular about how things are done, but he was really impressed by how carefully Giovanni worked on our carpets. The job was finished quickly, and the carpets looked fantastic when it was done. Giovanni also took the time to point out that a few tack strips and some padding had held onto moisture from our previous spot cleaning, and suggested that replacing them would help keep everything fresh and clean.
