I am a board member of an HOA using Hutzel Construction. While my review is personal, and is not written on behalf of the HOA board, I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I will be happy to amend this review once my phone calls are at least acknowledged.

We hired Hutzel Construction in September 2018 to do extensive repairs to my parents' master bedroom and master bathroom. The master suite had been flooded due to a plumbing leak. Jeff Hutzel, the owner, came out in person with his project manager, Kim Hill, and spent a great deal of time surveying the damage and giving us their opinions on the most timely, cost-effective ways to get the repairs done. At every step of the process, their communication with us was excellent, and the finished product was outstanding.
