Superb stylists, very professional and courteous. This place is a gem. Living downtown, I yearned for a good nearby salon. I did my homework and took a chance on Hero and Sage. Whitney is outstanding. Best color and cut I’ve ever had. I also told her she’s more gentle with the foil and on my scalp than any hairdresser I’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend this place. And it’s at Crosstown Concourse which is a great place, too. Global Cafe, Lucy J’s, French Coffee, etc. I love going here.

Tosha is so patient and kind. She accommodates your all your natural hair needs all while educating you about your hair in the process. She made sure to ask if I was comfortable with the products she used and offered to use any of my own products in the future if I brought them. I wasn’t even expecting to get my shaved sides cut but she offered and did a great job. I left my appointment with washed 4C hair, a hot oil treatment, clipped ends, medium twists, my sides cut and lined, and with my now goto beautician.

Jarrad is a caring and kind stylist who makes sure you love the look and shows you how to address concerns with styling. Can't recommend them enough! The whole staff is great and they have the cutest shirts, pens, gifts, etc..
