I love this place and definitely miss a lady that worked their name Helen, her customer service was impeccable, sweet spirit, easy going, always made sure I had my products ♥️ but overall a great place.

Good old school customer service. My order came the very next day. No opened, or busted packages. And I live 3 hours away. I believe they drove my stuff to me and left it on my door!!.. LOL

Customer service is outstanding! I don’t care how much it costs I’m getting it from Essentials! I used to work 6 days a week, and could never get to essentials on my off day because they were closed . I called one day and asked Mrs Mae could she deliver my items to me on the job, she said yes!!!! I was so grateful for that! They are excellent! If you are natural, relaxed, colored, bald, etc. this is the place for people of color.
