What can I say?? Two words Bedside Manner…Eastgate exceeds the standard of care. From the moment you walk in, the front staff is kind, nurturing and really goes above and beyond to help you feel relaxed and your pet feel cared for. Dr. Sweet was very thorough, transparent but still very kind. His assistant walked me through every cost associated with our baby every time they made a move. The staff was extremely compassionate and kind while still being very honest. When my babies are sick, I WILL ALWAYS COME TO THIS PLACE. Thank you so much for your genuine care for our little ones throughout the years. I would 100% recommend this place!
Took my cat and kitten in for vaccinations this week. Dr. Balthrop is great and very knowledgeable. The staff is excellent as well, very pleasant and easy to talk with. I recommend this business.
Had a great boarding experience. The front desk staff is wonderful as usual. The dr. Always called me and took the time to explain results of tests, shots administered and the care while he was there... also to discuss meds that were given or going to be sent home and how to use them. So this visit as well as previous visits were great for us.
They are really following protocol with cv-19. All safety measures are in place. And wearing PPE. We need them and they are essential workers. I’m thankful that they never closed during the pandemic. Continue Being Great Eastgate!
