A month later they called me to tell me they had found my pants and said they would waive the dry cleaning charges for my trouble. I was satisfied with the result, but their initially response was poor. I am not sure what they would have done if they hadn't found my pants, but "All's well that ends well. Once they corrected the matter I will go back, they have a Wednesday 30% discount on dry cleaning, which is less than any other cleaner by far and I have used them for years. .
