Robert at CYO is delightful and knows what he is doing. I definitely am keeping his B card for any future issues. My laptop works like a charm after a little over an hour with Robert. And the pricing is very reasonable. KUDOS to CYO!

So this is late and long overdue! Robert is awesome! He's fast, responsive, easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I'm a small business and work from home so I heavily rely on my computer to keep my business going. He understood the assignment and had my computer ready in a few days, the only thing that took long was waiting for the motherboard to arrive. Really appreciate his help and I highly recommend him!

Robert is not only great and knowledgeable in technology but also the epitome of “customer support” which is an “attitude”; not a position. I called him in the wee hours on a Saturday morning as my laptop had frozen in the middle of a lesson I was preparing to teach Sunday morning. Robert remoted in and got it working long enough for me to finish my lesson {Thank God!}
On Monday, I dropped off my laptop and picked it up within 2 hours. Robert's “curbside” manner is impeccable, and the price was excellent! My laptop was “freezing,” and the right-click was not working. Robert corrected both issues, and performed general maintenance,... read full review
