Collums property service has done two projects for us. First, we had them re-do our kitchen floor tiles and backsplash. The original tiles were dated, and the floor tiles were cracked since the previous owner’s tile guys did not use the appropriate subfloor. Taylor’s guys did a fantastic job, and did the project in 3 days. We then had them add built in open shelves to our pantry, which was previously a large empty space. They also added an electrical outlet and microwave cabinet. The shelves look great, and double our storage space in our pantry (we were previously using temporary IKEA metal racks). Taylor was always easy to contact and communicate with. He always followed up on our questions and concerns. With COVID causing delays, he was upfront about issues and went out of his way to resolve them quickly and finish the project! I highly recommend.
