We have been using Choates for over 10 years and have always had a great! Experience. Their service guys, ALL OF THEM! Are so pleasant, personable, smart, and professional. Choates are on time, get the job done, and have a great staff family. If I could give one review about their family plan, we had the plan on our last residence and early on in our new residence but it changed, we decided to not renew. If they can fix the downfalls of the plan I would pick it back up. We've shared our views with the technicians but don't know if its made its way back to the top. Kudos,kudos, kudos to your techs and scheduling service,!!! They make it happen!!
Had a great experience with this company. They definitely brought the locally owned touch. We had a new hot water tank installed and from the estimate to the install they were detailed and friendly. The price was competitive and their folks were great.
Kudos to Choate's for having two top notch professionals on staff - Paul Smith and his assistant, Spencer. These two gentlemen are consummate professionals - friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. It is rare to find honest people these days who take pride in genuinely helping others. As a church Pastor, it is refreshing to see this kind of integrity and strong work ethic still exists.
