My husband and I took our vehicle to this shop, next day got the call from Mary Ellen diagnosing the car. It was an engine block meaning the entire engine would have to be replaced. They did the shopping and advocated for us a new engine versus a rebuilt or used one as suggested by the warranty company.
After researching and standing ground with our warranty company, who tried their best find us at fault, they found one for lesser than we were quoted. The expectations were set clearly and when there was unexpected delay we were notified.
