You cannot beat their prices compared to other flooring companies. I had appliances delivered 2 days after installation and Lowes ripped my floor in kitchen. I felt like I was going to have a stroke. Tim sent someone over immediately to repair it for me and you cannot even tell it was damaged. It's a great company!..and Thankyou.

Professionally I recommend Carpet Spectrum all the time. They show up on time, ready to work. Their prices cannot beat and their selection of in-stock flooring allows for a quick turnaround. While I recommend them professionally, I also use them at my personal residence as well. Carpet Spectrum is the best of the best.

John and Chris were very friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning my carpet. I usually clean my carpets once a year but with covid it's been since spring 2019. They said for not being cleaned for so long my carpets were in good shape and what stains there were would easily be removed. Very pleased and would definitely recommend carpet spectrum if you need your carpet cleaned.
