Thank Heaven for this specialty vet! The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Dr Snow's experience and attitude eased my anxiety right away. I went in a basket case and left with confidence that my bird had been taken care of. My bird is not an easy patient to work with but their patience and know how took care of that too. I recommend them very highly.On another point, I didn't have to mortgage the house to pay the bill. Definitely 5 stars

We’ve had six dogs over the years and could not have been happier to have had Dr Snow and the rest taken care of them. In fact had to take one to the overnight emergency vet and they over medication him and he cried all the night and the next day, Monday when Berclar opened Dr Snow checked him out, took him off the medication and 6 hours later he was back to normal.4 of our fur babies.
