Initially I was given an appointment for 3:40 pm on a Saturday. When I arrived, there was no one in the service department at first. Then a rep appeared to finish a couple of customers who were waiting in the service desk area. I was told that they were to close at 4 pm and all the techs had left for the day. So, I had to reschedule for the following Monday at 1:15 pm. I did this so that I can get my oil change during my lunch hour.
I was there a full 2 1/2 hours. It was very inconvenient because I needed to go back to work. It seems that it does not good to schedule a service for a particular time because it's really not honored.

Overall good service, line was much longer than expected, but the service rep was very friendly and kept me updated. Only thing that was confusing to me is why it took over 1.5 hours where Valvoline only take around 15 minutes. Also so not impressed with the follow on text from a different service rep, telling me my glove compartment is not covered since I did not buy the vehicle at their location, which does not make sense since it's a brand new car (maybe 6-7 months only) and shouldn't big Honda cover it?
It' was nice but just getting a new suv that nobody has driven made me know they lie to get money for service . I did not need wipers and something else the car is new 2024 be honest mechanics .I don't have money to spend on something that's not needed and you know it !!!!
