We had to visit the clinic on a Sunday evening with our ~12 YO Bichon. The doctors and front end staff were very attentive, informative and compassionate. They helped make a very tough evening a little bit better.

It is emergency services so you should expect it to be on the expensive side but they provide quality healthcare for your pet. If money is an issue be upfront about it because they will work with you and offer alternative treatment options.
