They came out for an estimate after an ice storm, charged me $180.00 to cut and cap my waterline to my washer, spent about 15 minutes at my house and said they would be back the next week to finish the job. What a piece of work. After contacting this company many times, I finally got an appointment. The plumber did not show up. I called the next the day to find out why, and this man has the nerve to blame me for him not showing up! Apparently I got a call from a different number than the plumber who I had been working with (how am I supposed to know it’s not spam? I didn’t answer). Dude said he didn’t want to come over if I didn’t answer the phone. What is the point of having an appointment? This guy is not ready for prime time. Stay away.

Robert from All Service Plumbing was a complete professional. He installed a new dishwasher (my house never had one) in my house built in 1952. He was meticulous and clean...and the best part was his rates were the best I've heard of on this island. Would absolutely use him again on other projects and will recommend him to anyone.
