I'm so glad that someone recommended this company to me. I searched all over for a specific bathtub spout and couldn't find it. A handyman was charging nearly $300 to "repair" it. After the recommendation, I took the part to All-Rite Plumbing and was so glad I did. The gentleman that helped me examined my old part and quickly was able to identify a match in inventory. (This isn't the traditional box store where you can walk around looking for items. Most items are behind the service counter). He even opened the packaging right in front of me to measure and test it, just to be certain. I really appreciated the extra step. This place is great! I took a picture of the part I needed and they went in the back and gave me exactly what I needed to fix the problem. Can't say enough good things about this company their always eager to help and if you don't understand something they take the time to explain. You can't find a place with this good customer service in Memphis, Tennessee.
