What can I say about this company?! The five stars aren't even enough! THEY NEED AT LEAST 10!!! Our air went out Thursday, and the earliest appointment was Monday! I reached out and explained that my wife has health issues, so it was an urgent request. Ashley moved quickly to get us on the schedule even though our appointment was scheduled for Monday, she got it booked Friday! Kevin and Randy came even EARLIER than that appointment. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIR DUCTS & MORE. RESPONSIBLE, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL and they don't just deliver, they OVER DELIVER!
I've been using Air Ducts and More for quite a while now for semi-annual maintenance and some needed emergency repairs. They respond quickly, are friendly and very professional, and reasonably priced. I always dread putting in a request with my home warranty out of fear for who they will send. I was thrilled with the service provided from Air Ducts & More. They were assigned to my (non-emergency) ticket over the weekend. I received a phone call that Monday at 8 a.m. and my technician, Jason, arrived by 9 a.m. He was incredibly kind and engaging as he diagnosed our problem and proceeded to fix it within an hour.Service: Heating system repair
