I have to say, sometimes there are times when things all happen to fall into place. This was one of those rare instances. I recently had an outside AC unit go down. It was acting great and cooling like a champ just like it had been for the entire time I've owned my home. The unit is about 7-8 years old. It just stopped working while the inside unit was still blowing. I contacted Action Air and they were at my place in way less time than I thought it would be. I mean I expected the worst! Hotel rooms, crying kids, death of my reef tank inhabitants, stress to the whole household. It was like 109 outside of course! Thank goodness none of that happened! The technician was awesome. He diagnosed the problem, was able to fix it in no time, and then even checked the overall health of the system. He told me everything else looked good and explained how the capacitor worked and why it went bad. He had the parts on hand and was quick getting it all installed. He had a wonderful demeanor and was a pleasure to deal with. I felt totally comfortable during the entire process and I am really glad I called these guys! If I ever have another heating and cooling need I will be calling these guys!
