I absolutely love Dr. Sloan he is an excellent optometrist, he does thorough exams and makes you feel comfortable. His staff has changed over the years, they are not as helpful or accommodating as his former staff was. If I didn’t have history at this office I would leave. It’s hard for me to pay for suboptimal service.

Front desk staff was rude and short. The others were nice and professional. Watch out though because they push their higher priced frames only showing limited frames that your plan covers. The doctor was very nice and professional.
