We've taken our vehicles here and they always do a great job. They're reasonable and they explain everything they've done to the vehicle when you pick it up. We recently took our truck there for service and when we picked it up there was a piece of paper in it that said the interior surfaces had been disinfected after they finished. I think that shows they care about their customers. We also asked for something to be done that we thought might have needed to be done and when we picked it up they said it wasn't necessary to do it. That shows they're also honest and it's great to be able to take you're vehicles there and know you can trust them.

Brought my Jeep in while we were on a year long trip and it was leaking oil like a sieve. Was turned away by other repair shops in the area since they were booked solid for weeks. Since we were only in town for a short time, and had no other means of transportation and were effectively stranded, I was desperate. Without hesitation, Praters took a look at my vehicle. Their knowledgeable mechanic new instantly what was going on. They fixed the oil cooler and changed out my plugs and did it for a very reasonable charge. Best of all, they took care of it FAST so we could be back on the road. Skip the other repair shops in town; Praters is simply the best.

Walked in and had a warm welcome, asked me how they could help me, looking for 4 new tires for my van, showed me several options but suggested one in particular due to my type of work, agreed on sale and scheduled appointment, will definitely recommend to others, thank you
