I had issues during closing with there not being a title to a mobile home that was on the property and Mrs Kathy Rourk and her husband went above and beyond to help me through the process.

Toni was our agent when we sold our house and then when we bought a new house . She is very hard working and dedicated. We didn’t know if we wanted to build a house or buy a house , she was very helpful showing us options of land to build on and also new homes. We would definitely recommend her . We have made a realtor for life and also a good friend .
