We were on vacation and our Chihuahua's heart was beating very quickly. This was the only vet that fit us in same day. They were super informative and very upfront about our options/costs. I am very thankful they were there for us today.
Sarah, who helps deal with prescriptions and such, went so far above and beyond to help me with a difficult Pharmacy that I simply can’t say how grateful I am and how wonderful she was. She must have spent over an hour simply trying to get my pharmacist to understand that the prescription was not for a controlled substance. Sarah took even more time to have a different vet in the practice make the same prescription which the pharmacist then filled.
Sarah called me twice, called the pharmacist at least five times, coordinated with one of their vets, got it done and called me back.

Thank you to Southwind for changing my mind on how vets can treat cats. Your compassion and gentleness while caring for Orion is greatly appreciated. Everyone on your staff loved on him and made him as comfortable as possible in the short time knowing him. I was always treated with respect. I also appreciate how well everyone in the office communicated with me on lab results, treatment plans, the financials, and cat care in general. While I’m sad that we found your office too late to have Orion as a long term patient, I’m also thankful that I now know where to bring the rest of my cats when I work up to it.
