Staff here is great, friendly & helpful. My husband and I saw Dr Dix...we are definitely glad we switched from our old eye dr to here. Dr. Dix is patient, knowledgeable & explains everything completely. I do have to mention they also have a great selection of eyeglasses.

Dr. Long is the absolute best! She is thorough and explains everything in detail. You'll know that you're in capable hands and to top it off, she couldn't be any friendlier! Wonderful experience!

This is for Dr. long specifically. Awesome in every way. 'bedside' manner, obvious professional skill and experience. Very very thorough exam on short notice. She's caring and has great communications skills, she took a very personal and genuine interest in my needs. I live in Lenoir City but I'll never go to another opthamologist again. I very highly recommend her and her entire staff.
