I was... a mess. On New Year's Eve, I stumbled on something, blew out a flip flop, and ripped off half of a toenail. Yes, like the song but twice as painful. Less than 3 weeks later, I decided to hike the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Needless to say, the dogs needed some loving. I called around and this was the only place that answered and had, fortuitously, had a walk in available. I had noticed the rating, but I have long since earned my Maverick badge so I drove right over. Whether it was due t o my recent trauma, or truly the skill used, this was the best pedicure I've ever had in my life. The gentleman who went to work on me (I wish I had got his name) really dug in and tried his best to salvage and remove the remnants of the broken nail, as well as Dremel it to a point where I no longer felt any discomfort from the injury. He gave the same level of attention to all my toes and had them looking tip top by the time we were done. By the time he was wrapping up, he had pounded 3 days' worth of heaving hiking out of my feet. I was feeling like a million bucks. 60% tip? Yep, worth every penny. If I had that kind of coin, I'd want to head back to Knoxville just to have him take care of my feet the next time I stumble and take a tumble in some flip flops.

Leann is awesome and all the guys that work there are great too. She has done my nails 3 times now and every time they have been great quality usually I break a nail just 2-3 days after getting them done but my first set with her I was able to wear for a month before I just had to have a new color and trim. This is an excellent salon.

Leann was absolutely FABULOUS. She was friendly, engaging and a delightful person all the way around.She was extremely busy when I arrived and took care of each individual who was there in a timely manner.I will be back to see ? her in just a few short weeks.Thank you LEE NAILS
