Gillenwater was contracted to install some carpet in my new home. We realized pretty quickly there was an issue that required sending someone out to resolve. Aaron sent Greg over to work on the issue; unfortunately, the issue proved to be quite resistant and conservative measures didn't work. Aaron and Greg were always responsive to my follow-up contacts, and both worked with me to reach a resolution. When it finally became apparent that replacing some of the carpet was the only permanent solution, Aaron did what was needed to make it right, which is sadly not the typical MO for many businesses these days. When choosing a flooring company to plan new flooring in our family home, we were searching for a business that out shined it's competitors, Gillenwater fit the shoe.
Mark was very patient while we carefully made our decision and thanks to the detailed oriented administrative team we scheduled the work very quickly. When the culture diverse contractors arrive they were available to communicate the work, neat, professional and worked extremely efficiently, which our budget appreciated.
Our home feels like home again thanks to Gillenwater flooring.
