Jo is one of a very few true barbers and stylists out there anymore. I've been to no less than a dozen chain salons in the area, Knoxville included, and haven't met anyone who can do what I request, and then I had the great fortune of finding Jo's salon, right off of 411 hwy, and she not only knew exactly what I was talking about but did it perfectly.
