Mark Vinson and Kristina Pollock are AMAZING!! Very thorough providers ! They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns !! The clinic is always very clean. Great place !
The online appointment app indicated there were no appointments available. I called and the receptionist was very nice and truly concerned I was sick. She didn’t know why the app was saying that. I had an appointment in 20 minutes and only waited 5-10 minutes to be seen. The nurse was very thorough with my symptoms and the NP (Trent) was as well. They didn’t rush the appointment at all and genuinely cared. So, from the initial contact until I left, everyone was wonderful! Thank You!
DeMarcus (nurse) was wonderful he’s the best !! It’s been a very long time that someone seemed liked they really cared about what he was doing. I’m baby girl is starting to feel better❤️
