I was able to make an appointment for a service call quickly after calling them. Erik was on time and let me know when he was headed to my house. He quickly identified the problem and advised me of my options. I have had him hear for different appliances and always been pleased with his service.

Appointment was set right after call, technician called 30 minutes before arriving as promised. In our case the parts to repair outweighed the cost of a new Gas Range (which we opted for), but the experience with EZ was top notch! Professional staff communication, field tech Erik was timely and did a fantastic job taking care to handle everything gently and cleaned up when through, also explaining what the situation was with our appliance and what our options were. Exceeded all our expectations! Will use again and recommend to friends and family or any one needing appliance repair. Great team!Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair
