ME … thank you for your review …. you missed a confirmed appointment in the morning then were upset when you just walked in in the afternoon and couldn’t be seen …. we made you a new appointment and you missed that one as well without calling …. you take up time others could be seen so yes your were charged an office call …. which a family member paid and another then kept your appointment so at this point i’m not sure what your complaint is …. and we do not have an office manager much less a she office manager …. and Dr Hoover called you back and you did not return my call …. if you have a concern you can call and talk to me instead of an anonymous... read full review

I've brought multiple animals here and I've always had a wonderful experience. I've been to lots of vets who really are money hungry and I've never felt like that here. I appreciate the staff willing to squeeze me in when I have a pet who needs to be seen.

I was introduced to Dr Hoover and his team during a time of crisis. Blue Pearl quoted me $6k to help my puppy after she was attacked by a large breed at only 3 months old. Hoover did it for $600 and saved my puppies life. 5 years later I send everyone to him and my puppy is now a full grown healthy loving German Shepherd fluff ball of happiness. I thought I was going to have to put her down. I now live an hour away and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
