There is not a better small business in terms of customer care!!!! We had no idea what to do when we had flooding in our kitchen floorboards and no clue where it was coming from. Greg had a crew at my house immediately- followed up several times and spent days making sure we were set and knew the next steps. He spoke to insurance company, took us through the process, and was incredibly attentive even though he had several jobs, we felt like a priority. No one wants to have to call a restoration company EVER— but get ahold of Greg if you do and he will make the process easy during a stressful time and make sure job is done correctly!
They saved our hardwood floors! One day we came downstairs and discovered water flowing out of our basement ceiling. Turns out the source was a leaking dishwasher in the kitchen. The worst part is the water also was leaking underneath our wooden floorboards, and by the time we noticed the issue our floor was already warped and buckled. Our plumber recommended Greg and team at 911 restoration to deal with the water damage. They came out immediately to assess the situation, and by the next morning all of the restoration equipment was set up, including vacuum mats for the buckled floors. The fast action on their part definitely contributed to the success of the restoration. In the end our floorboards settled and smoothed out once they were dry. Without this restoration we likely would have had to replace the flooring for the entire first floor, which would have cost 10x as much.
