I chose Picadillly based off several very positive facebook posts after I had a truly unfortunate (traumatic, holy crap what did you do to my hair type of unfortunate) color experience at an out of town salon. I called for my appointment, gave an abbreviated course of events and sent completely humiliating photos of the “error”. These ladies got me in and assured me they could help. They actually messaged me with an earlier opening to help me recover. I walked in and was immediately greeted by name and made to feel at home. The atmosphere is super fun, laid back, and welcoming. I had a full highlight and haircut with Joni for the first time. My results were amazing - I love my hair color and cut! I’ve been to many salons since moving to East Tennessee 2 years ago and this is the first time they got it right!

Stylist: Tammy Cowan: Went to Tammy several years now. She is fabulous with short,medium,or long Hair styles. Have had several styles bec l get bored with one style after a while. She is great with colors, mixed or regular. Used to ne blonde with highlights. She was the only stylist who would work with me to let color grow out & putting highlights so would not look terrible till got to my natural gray color now. She even does highlights in gray to give more depth. Just had my lo b g hair cut & braid made fir my son.I have been to hairdressers from Knoxville,Maryville,Loudon,etc. She knows her work & does nit run out of ideas.
