They fixed an ongoing problem with an air conditioner not cooling that two previous companies came out and charged for without fixing. Hatleys showed up when they said they would be there and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in short order, charging only a third of the price. This time the unit is actually fixed! They are a great company and well-informed, way better than hep and also way cheaper prices too. They will always be used for all HVAC needs, maintenance, and service.
They were prompt to respond to my service call. It turned out to be the fan motor on my 20+ year old heat pump. I knew it's days were numbered so I made the decision to replace it with a much more energy efficient model. Hatley was able to install a new system within the week, upgrading the ductwork and unit quickly and professionally! Everyone there in the office and in the field were courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my many questions!! Highly recommend!
